Steve and I have known each other personally for many years. Through the course of casual conversation he was telling me how he was getting into real estate, and I let it be known that my wife and I were in the market for a second "getaway" home. I explained to him the broad scope of what we were looking for and he went above and beyond what I would expect any realtor to do. He found us exactly what we were looking for, a small house near the beach, in the right price range with a water view. He worked tirelessly going through listing after listing to handpick a few for us to visit. We could not be happier.

I can’t think of enough nice things to say about Steve.  From day one he knew he was taking on a sale that was going to have hurdles and be filled with a lot of emotional stress due to the fact that the house was in our family for so many generations.  He had so many ideas and thoughts to make sure I knew all my options and walked me through all of them.  The attentiveness and energy he put in was nothing short  of amazing.  He always showed up with a huge smile and tons of positivity.  He was able to secure many offers, and we discussed each one and found the right fit.  I couldn’t have been happier or felt more secure with his efforts,  A+, gold star, top notch.  He deserves those accolades and then some.
